From health and housing to education, wealth, public safety, and justice reform, we are committed to creating a more equitable and just Georgia for all.

The Georgia Legislative Black Caucus, Inc. is pleased to announce the hosting of two nonpartisan Gubernatorial Candidate Forums.
The first forum will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Union Baptist Church, located at 1137 Kitchens Street, Macon, Georgia 31217, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with doors opening at 3:30 PM.
The second forum will take place on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Tabernacle Baptist Church, located at 1223 Laney Walker Blvd, Augusta, Georgia 30901, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, with doors opening at 12:30 PM.
These forums are designed to provide voters with a meaningful opportunity to hear directly from gubernatorial candidates, engage on critical issues impacting our communities, and better understand each candidate’s vision for the future of Georgia. Both events will be free and open to the public.
Each forum will follow a structured and moderated format, including responses to questions from a moderator and written questions submitted by attendees. The process will be conducted in a strictly nonpartisan, unbiased, and impartial manner, ensuring fairness and integrity throughout.
