About the GLBC
The GLBC is the largest, and most progressive, Black caucus in the nation with a membership of over 75 legislators representing over 3 million people throughout the State of Georgia.
Our Mission
The Georgia Legislative Black Caucus champions transformative change through our historic legacy, advocating for the health, education, justice, and economic prosperity of Black communities across Georgia. We advance innovative solutions to dismantle systemic inequities, promote excellence among our members, and create a brighter, more equitable future for underserved Georgians.
